先多謝網友比我嘅意見, 搞到我的起心肝重新拍多次，多謝支持小弟！REMAKE 2.0 版本加左一個法國嘅Beurre Blanc 汁，呢個汁同海鮮或者白魚都好夾，而且仲可以plate 得靚啲，目的都係用來impress 你喜歡嘅對象。下個情人節試下囉:).
This is a remake version of my previous one, additionally included a sauce called Beurre Blanc, which pairs with seafoods or white fishes.
However, I think it's a dish to impress the one you like. Possibly a good idea for the next valentine's day.
